PAVAN SATISH GAONKAR
I, Pavan Satish Gaonkar, am the founder of PGTechLabs GmbH, with over 18 years of experience in the embedded systems industry. My passion lies in building end-to-end solutions—spanning firmware, system architecture, connectivity, and application layers—across diverse hardware platforms. I have had the opportunity to work across multiple domains, particularly in the automotive sector, gaining strong expertise in development processes, product lifecycle, and system integration. Beyond coding and debugging, I focus on delivering complete, production-ready solutions with an emphasis on quality, scalability, and compliance. My experience is further strengthened by certifications such as Functional Safety Certified Professional (FSCP from TÜV SÜD) and Certified Scrum Master, enabling structured and reliable project execution.
